Privacy & Inquiry Policy

Tilted Cap Armory is currently collecting prelaunch interest—not accepting payment, creating binding orders, reserving inventory, or conducting firearm transactions. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Inquiry forms may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, city, state, ZIP code, referral source, requested products or services, ammunition preferences, and any details you choose to include. We also record whether you separately chose to receive launch and opening-inventory emails.

Do not submit payment-card data, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through an inquiry form.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry and send service or status confirmations.
• Measure local demand and plan opening inventory, services, and staffing.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• Send launch or opening-inventory updates only when you opt in.
• Meet legal, regulatory, safety, and recordkeeping obligations.

Launch communications and your choice

Marketing-style launch updates are optional. You may submit an inquiry without opting in. If you opt in, you may ask to unsubscribe at any time. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to confirm or respond to an inquiry you submitted.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may use service providers for website hosting, data storage, email delivery, security, and related business operations. They receive information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when reasonably required by law, legal process, public safety, or to protect rights and prevent abuse.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, analyze legitimate prelaunch demand, operate the business, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Use the Help inquiry on the home page and include the email address used for the original request.

Prelaunch inquiry terms

An inquiry is not an order, purchase, reservation, price guarantee, subscription enrollment, or promise of availability. No payment is collected through these forms. Firearm sales and transfers will begin only after all required licensing is active and will follow applicable identification, eligibility, background-check, transfer, and recordkeeping requirements. Planned retail checkout for ammunition and gear will not begin before January 1, 2027 and remains subject to required approvals.

Adults only

This website is intended for adults. Do not submit an inquiry if you are under 18. Any future sale will remain subject to the age and eligibility rules applicable to the particular product or transaction.

We may update this policy as the business and website develop. The effective date above will identify the current version.
